Piso Playa Play-Puig

Positive: Gute Lage Negative: Sauberkeit war diesmal nicht die Stärke, vielleicht waren wir zu falscher Zeit da (Ostern), viele kleine Störungen, wie schlecht abfließendes Wasser in der Duschkabine oder kaum funktionierender Bügeleisen oder nicht funktionierende Nachtlampe im Schlafzimmer. Geräuschendämmung im Haus ist sehr schlecht, aber der Besitzer kann nichts dafür , so wurde es gebaut damals. Das alles wäre nicht schlimm, da die Lage top ist und ruhiges Meer vor Haustür einfach hervorragend ist. Was aber am meistens gestört hat, es gibt keine direkte Kommunikationsmöglichkeit mit dem Vermieter. Man kann über Booking mit KI sprechen oder WA Nachrichten auf angezeigter Nummer einfach ins Leere schicken. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, was man bei Notfall oder so machen soll, wenn zB Rohrbruch mit Wasserschaden oder Ähnliches passiert.

Für unsere Anforderungen war es die ideale Unterkunft Positive: Schnitt, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit

En general bien Positive: El apartamento está muy bien y limpio en general. La playa está cerca. Negative: Una noche hubo gente en el piso de arriba y hasta las 4 de la mañana no pudimos dormir. El resto de las noches no hubo nadie. Solo se les oía hablando, pero se oye todo. Las sartenes estan para cambiar y los vasos estaban sucios.

Positive: Appartement lumineux, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Les instructions sont claires grâce au lien reçu par message. Le propriétaire répond rapidement à nos questions, ce qui facilite grandement le séjour. Un logement agréable et bien situé à quelques pas de la mer. Negative: L’appartement est présenté comme ayant deux chambres, ce qui n’est pas le cas. Il y a une chambre et un lit installé dans une partie du salon (non fermé). La propreté était moyenne, le sol et la vaisselle n’étaient pas très propres.

Overall, it was acceptable, though there were several issues. Positive: Spacious and bright. Well equipped kitchen. Negative: I arrived at the address and checked the app again for instructions, but they were in Spanish, which I don’t speak. I couldn’t work out how to get in. Luckily, one of the neighbours helped me read the message, which explained that I had to collect the keys from a key box located miles away, next to their office. He was kind enough to drive me there, after which I returned with the keys. My question is: why couldn’t the keys be placed in a similar key box at the actual address? This situation was unnecessarily stressful Some of the kitchen appliances were old and dirty, particularly the kettle, which was unusable. I requested a new or clean kettle but did not receive one. There was no soundproofing in the building, and I could hear noise from the neighbours, especially at night
